1. Shipping and Delivery
1. 1 - Reusing cardboard boxes - To protect the environment and have lower shipping costs, we use cardboard boxes that previously had another use. Therefore, they may have logos and texts that are not our responsibility, but that does not prevent them from having a second life. Thank you for understanding.
1. 2 - Shipping - The preparation time for your order can be up to 24 hours after payment confirmation. Our products are distributed by external subcontracted companies (CTT and MRW), therefore the delivery time of orders depends on them, and we are not responsible for delays resulting from unforeseen events in distribution. However, we do our best to resolve them in accordance with point 3.1. For orders over 10kg, please contact us before placing the order.
The prices for sending orders to mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira are as follows:
CTT - Regular - average delivery time of 4 working days, up to a maximum of 10 working days. For orders worth more than €70, shipping is free
- Up to 99 g - €2.95
- From 100g to 499g - €3.55
- From 500 g to 2000 g - €6.45
MRW - Registered with tracking - average delivery time of 1 business day, up to a maximum of 3 business days. For orders worth more than €80, shipping is free.
- Up to 1.99kg - €4.50 + €0.002/g (Example: Order of 250g = €4.50 + (250g x €0.002) = €5.00)
- From 2kg to 4.99kg - €6.70
- From 5kg to 10kg - €7.40
CTT - Registered with tracking - average delivery time of 2 working days, up to a maximum of 6 working days. For orders worth more than €95, shipping is free.
- Up to 99g - €5.20
- From 100g to 499g - €5.90
- From 500g to 2000g - €9.10
In-store collection - Free delivery in our store or in the Condeixa-a-Nova and Coimbra area. Prior contact must be made by telephone, message on social media or email to schedule the delivery location and date.
2. Payment
2. 1 - MBWay - Make payment via the MBWay app, using the "Enviar Dinheiro" option to 914 227 667. Please include the order number in the payment description for easier identification. After confirmation, your order will be shipped.
2. 2 - PayPal/Debit/Credit - Payment via the PayPal® application using a registered PayPal® user account, or by debit card or credit card, in a service provided by PayPal®. Select "PayPal" to use the app directly. Select "Credit Card" to pay by debit or credit card. There is a surcharge of 0.75% applied to the final order value.
2. 3 - Bank Transfer - Make the payment by bank transfer at an ATM or via the internet (online banking) to IBAN PT50 0007 0255 0018 6170 009 49. We ask you to send proof of transfer to email geral@cubicstore.pt, in order to make the process simpler and faster. After confirming your payment, your order will be shipped.
2. 4 - Cash on delivery - Only available for customers who want orders delivered by hand or picked up on our werehouse.
3. Non-receipts and returns
3. 1 - If you do not receive your order, you must contact us after the defined maximum delivery time. In this case there are two options:
1) your order was sent by registered mail and was not delivered or returned: A new identical order is sent within stock conditions, at no additional cost, or, after the order reaches us, a new shipment will be made, at no extra cost on the first resend. If returned again, subsequent reshipments require payment of 75% of the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase;
or
2) the order was sent by simple mail, without registration, and was not delivered: It will be returned to our facilities by CTT, and we will then resend the order at no extra cost for the first resend. If returned again, subsequent reshipments require a payment of 75% of the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase.
If the order does not arrive at our facilities within 20 working days after the order shipping date (approx. 4 weeks), we will consider the order delivered, even after contact.
3. 2 - We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The amount paid for the products (shipping not included) will be refunded in full by the most convenient method for both parties, after the order is returned and provided that the integrity of the entire product and its components is verified. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
3. 3 - Product exchanges occur if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. In these cases, you must send us the complete product, with the original box and all its components, for evaluation. If it is confirmed that this defect did not occur due to misuse or improper use of the product and is irreparable, we will send a new unit, exchanging it. If the defect is somehow repairable, we will carry out the repair, if you agree and as long as it does not affect the entire function of the product. If the problem is due to misuse or improper use of the product, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
